I am being a scrooge this year – I convinced the boys we could do a small tree since we are leaving for Disney right after Christmas and I won't have time to take down the decorations.

When we finally put up the tree I bought, I was so embarrassed!!! Thankfully, the kids didn't mind too much. They made most of the decorations this year, so that part was lots of fun!
