That happened to us when we did Disney, January 2009! The little waterfalls were frozen, and we had to buy Disney sweat shirts, full price. A foot is a lot! Here they cancel school over any snow at all.

We got about a foot of snow… I am over winter. And it was cold in Disney too! 34 degrees! We didn't pack for that!
