In reply to aprilmomoffour. We were at the same place April. I've been aware of this pretty well all along, but with me never having mentioned it, you would not have known this. Even from a father/husband role, I can identify (and have empathy through your trials), and that I guess that is why I enjoy coming over. (plus you are always so blogger friendly, which always makes my day) :) My wife, as a stay at home mom, really considered the home schooling part, but was not sure if she could do it. God knows every situation. You have done amazing!

Happy Anniversary. I absolutely loved your “technical specific” weddings vows.

Enjoyed all the “little things” in this post, when in fact they were HUGE. Such as the encouragement from the dear gentleman in church. And I do agree, parents don’t get nearly enough of it.

Love how you praise Alan. As a husband, (my wife does the same with me), yeah, we crave this encouragement, praise and affirmation. Guaranteed, Alan will ALWAYS be by your side! 🙂 And I love how this is returned with Alan’s gestures with wonderful things like coffee and French toast in bed! 🙂

Time goes by fast April. Lynne are now 26 years married, 2 children are still at home, 2 outside of home. I think when we were at our 13th year married, our oldest was 10, and our youngest was 3, with 2 in between.

You ARE doing such an amazing job, both as a couple, and as parents.

God bless you guys, as you continue to put Him 1st in your home! Once again HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!! 🙂

Happy Anniversary! I have to say, those technical-specific vows are amazing. I think they belong in a book or something!! I feel a lot of the same.
What an awesome story about the older man at church. I just know you’re all doing a great job.
And a nice trip down memory lane!
