That is so exciting that you have found a way to make Caleb enjoy writing! That is huge – good job, Mom!!! Seriously, some kids get so turned off to writing early on and no one can ever figure out how to light their fire. Then they get further and further behind and discouraged. That information could prove to be invaluable as he continues his education!

Oh. my. goodness! You have no idea how much I used to play (and love) Oregon Trail in the 3-5th grades. We got to play it at school, during Talent Pool. I tried to find it last year for the boys, but I couldn’t come up with a Mac version. But hmmm I wonder if there’s an app for that.
