We got a notice from the state of Maryland about a toll road we used, and a hefty fine we got for not paying on time. It was either pay up, or go back to Maryland to court. I paid up.

I thought the same thing about running into her! But when I went down to pay my fines in person, I carefully selected the younger woman with the Christian calendar at her desk. She was harmless. 🙂 So hopefully phone lady will not actually know what I look like…
