It has that feeling of finding a box of letters in an attic, and opening them up and reading them.. There is nothing quite like the hand written letter. And that is how my wife and I spent pretty much our entire engagement. Lynne was in New Zealand and I was in Canada and Alaska. We were apart for 7 months and I arrived in New Zealand 2 weeks before the wedding.

It must have been so hard for you being separated like this from Alan.
