This also reminds me of a sermon I heard “Don’t Quit On Six”. It was a “What if” Message about the Israelites stopping on 6 laps around Jericho and potentially missing out on the breakthrough had they given up before the 7th lap. I’m thankful for those who encourage us to persevere. It’s an even greater blessing when that person is your spouse.

Thank you. I kept thinking there should be a better name for it than deal-with-it, but that was the best phrase I could find. If even an actual teacher person found it hard, that makes me feel better. haha! I don’t think I recorded the tirade, but I haven’t actually found those letters yet. They may have burned in the Iraqi fire…They definitely straightened up during the pledge after that.

Thank you. lol. I didn’t really regret it that year either. Just talking about it always kind of embarrassed me b/c it was “quitting”…but oh the misery…And yeah, looking back I’m thinking, well of course the mil spouse lost it with the kids acting like monkeys during the pledge. Thanks, Tamara!
